Aaron’s background spans brokerage, maintenance programs, aviation technology, and market analysis. Before joining Aspen Aero Group, he held senior sales roles at JSSI and Alpha Wingman, where he worked closely with owners and operators to deliver data-driven solutions. His foundational experience at AirplaneIQ in market forecasting and aircraft evaluations allows him to translate complex data into actionable guidance for his clients today.
At Aspen, Aaron manages the full transaction lifecycle, ranging from listing strategy and negotiation to pre-buy coordination and closing. His experience working alongside maintenance teams, flight departments, and software providers gives him a comprehensive view of what truly drives aircraft value. He is known for building trust quickly and maintaining momentum, whether he is supporting family offices or guiding first-time buyers through a competitive market.
Beyond the office, Aaron is an active member of the business aviation community through NBAA, TnBAA, YoPro, and HireVets, and he is currently expanding his technical horizons by pursuing his private pilot’s license. He finds fulfillment in serving others through mission trips with his church and stays active through weightlifting and pickleball. Above all, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Haley, their son, James, and their brown lab, Moose.
