Before joining Aspen Aero Group, Jason served as Vice President and General Manager for a prominent charter and management operation, where he oversaw multi-aircraft operations, crew training, maintenance coordination, and customer service strategy. His leadership extended to managing primary pilot and technician training programs for large corporate flight departments, emphasizing safety culture, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
Jason’s experience also includes roles with major industry players, where he contributed to aviation operations, strategic planning, and high-performance team development. He holds an MBA in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Flight Technology, underpinning his ability to navigate complex aviation markets and represent clients with authority in high-stakes negotiations.
