Noah’s background spans both the operational and commercial sides of aviation, giving him a practical understanding of how aircraft performance, ownership costs, and market timing intersect. Prior to Aspen Aero Group, he held leadership roles in flight training organizations, fixed base operations, and aircraft sales, building hands-on experience in aircraft evaluation, pricing strategy, and buyer-seller negotiations.

In his role at Aspen, Noah is directly involved in structuring transactions, positioning aircraft for market, and managing negotiations through closing. He is known for his ability to translate complex market data into actionable strategy, helping clients maximize value while minimizing friction throughout the sales process. His approach is proactive, detail-driven, and focused on protecting client interests at every stage.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration and began flying at an early age, earning his private pilot certificate as a teenager.
